We offer Support Contracts to all
of our customers. We provide telephone and modem software support
364 days a year from 8am to 11pm. We have a support tool below
which allows our clients to remotely connect to us for instant
support, diagnosis and resolution of software issues or "how
to" queries. We use Microsoft CRM v3.0 integrated with Avaya
telephony to manage all
customer contact and knowledge bases.
Recently since we have partnered with HP and IBM we have been able
to offer onsite warranties on hardware.
In conjunction with HP and IBM we can provide 24 X 7 hardware
support on HP Proliant Servers and IBM Point of Sale terminals.
